Our History

TRAVEL HELPLINE was established 40 years ago by American Marketing Group, Inc., which owns 17 leading travel brands around the world.

Along with sister company agent24, we now service the majority share of the global after-hours market. We’re proud to say that because of our highly professional consultants and our savvy executive team, we’ve built a solid reputation for delivering customer service excellence to our travel agency and corporate travel department partners.

Our ongoing investments in technology and staffing ensure that we provide our clients with the most efficient and relevant travel solutions available today.

For instance, the professional travel consultants at our three call centers (in New York, Colorado, and Shannon, Ireland) and our home-based consultants throughout the U.S. and Canada all operate from a single phone switch. No one else in the industry today can offer you a rollover between three distinct call centers as well as a home-based team, providing total coverage -- even in the event of a major emergency that would shut down a single call center.
